Founded in 2020, Island Gem Bakery aspires to provide high quality items for every client at an affordable cost. Our passion is to produce breathtaking cakes and confections that will be remembered for years to come. We will work with you to transform your ideas and inspiration into reality. 

 

 

Our owner and head pastry chef, Gabriella, has been in the kitchen for as long as she can remember. What started as a hobby, quickly transformed into a career as she sought to gain experience working in professional bakeries both in Barbados and overseas. 

 

In July 2023, Island Gem Bakery opened an outlet conveniently located in Norman Centre, Bridgetown which offers a wide array of desserts for those with a sweet tooth.
